CRIMES OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation with the requirements - to cancel the binding "in a concrete case" to citizens 'appeals to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and to introduce a new type of punishment - compensation and hypercompensation of the victims' damage was discussed. Since the Constitutional Court refused to consider this Appeal, it was concluded that the act of refusal and the very position of the Constitutional Court on these and other issues are the Absolute Crimes of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
