PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE AS A CONDITION OF TRAINING TEACHERS UNIVERSITIES

The article is devoted to the improvement of psychological welfare during the provision of educational services in system of improvement of professional skill of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff of medical and pharmaceutical education. The concepts of «psychological support of the educational process», «psychological climate» were considered and refined. The results of research and recommendations on the formation of the psychological climate in the study group of students training groups are presented in the article. The necessity of taking into account such psychological phenomenon for the successful assimilation of the curriculum was settled.
