PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE MECHANIC ON CAR REPAIRS IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article analyzes the main issues of implementation of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence repairman cars in VET. Fruitful analysis of scientific works on research, personal experience, the results of the factor analysis enabled us to define such leading pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence mechanics repair vehicles: the use of interactive teaching technologies; purposeful development of students' needs in mastering the profession and self-improvement; systematic and consistent development of students' abilities to learn; creating a favorable environment for teaching and professional work of students.
