THE PRICIPLES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE EXECUTIVE AUTHORITIES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Executive power in the Russian Federation, being one of government branches, unlike legislative and judicial authority, it is regulated by mainly subordinate regulations. Considering independence and independence of branches of the government, it is represented that executive power also has to be "convicted" in a legislative framework that will allow to speak about equality of legal regulation and a certain authority of executive power, not smaller, than other branches of the government. Adoption of the special law on executive authorities has to begin with development of the principles of the organization and activity of executive authorities which will form bases for regulation of functioning of the specified bodies.
