Abstract
The maintenance and forms of scientifically-organizational activity of S. V. Borodaevsky (1870-1942) in the emigration are researched in the article. The role of the scientist in the creation and functioning of international and Ukrainian emigrant scientific institutions and societies and his contribution into development of cooperation between them are described.
