Abstract
The purpose of this article is to adopt the milk processing enterprises competitiveness management mechanism in order to obtain competitive advantage. Short description of made work at this article. The notions of “competitive advantage” and “competitiveness” and their cause-and-effect difference are considered. The aim and main tasks of competitive advantages management are described. The competitive advantages classification and competitiveness creation factors are identified. Conclusions competitive advantages are comparable; modern milk processing enterprise is a complex industrial, economic and social system; competitiveness management mechanism is the base for the enterprise environmental adaptation.
