Abstract
The monograph first examines the grammatical status of participles, conducts systemic, comparative- historical analysis of their morphological-syntactic features and identifies their similarities and differential char- acteristics, different phonetic variants in the modern Turkic languages and their dialects. The study also involved the materials of the Old Turkic written monuments. The monograph is intended for researchers, linguists- Turkologists and Orientalists
