Abstract
Quality is the most crucial part of a construct and service comply with requirements. It is a work method which facilitates the quality measurement characteristics of a unit, compares them with the established standards and analyzes the difference between the results ob results in order to make decisions which will correct any differences. The main objective behind this work is to discuss the importance of quality assurance and control and evaluation of a construction project by forming quality circ including construction laborers and also introducing about Life Cycle Costing, which is a well known tool for analyzing the cost analysis of a project. This paper deals with a case study of a construction project work carried out by a municipal co by application of quality circle implementation and also life cycle costing analysis.
