Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the industrial policy aimed at the reindustrialization of the economy in the US and the Europe’s leading industrial countries. The reasons for the revision of the industrial policy and the consequences of deindustrialization, the features of deindustrialization and reindustrialization in those countries have been identified. The conclusions may be useful for those countries forming their industrial policies in the modern context.
