The strategy of «smart new industrialization» cities in industrial regions of Ukraine

Unavailability of alternatives of «smart neo-industrial modernization» is substantiated in the article, which is based on the formation and development of the industrial complex with high-technology and medium-high-technology, progressive and creative subsectors of services. Providing unstoppable growth of science presence of industry becomes the main task of new industrial policy on all levels of management. Methodical approach to processes rating of the «smart new industrialization» of industrial developed cities is offered.
