Abstract
In the article the balanced system of indicators as a basic tool implementation strategy. It is proved that non-financial indicators of human capital are based on key performance indicators, the correct choice is made through the mechanism of cascading Balanced Scorecard at the level of each individual worker in the four categories of personnel of industrial enterprises (industrial and industrial specialists economic services, technology specialists , the management company).The mechanism of cascading Balanced Scorecard on the level of each individual employee. The basis of the personal balanced scorecards is human capital, because it is through this intangible asset is the transformation of the corporate business strategy in the daily activities of employees.
