Abstract
The article analyzes the three phases models determine the effectiveness of marketing activities in the enterprise. Based on this feature built volume of sales and got four factor model profit model definition and the five factor model determine the effectiveness of marketing activities. Singled out the steps in calculating the effectiveness of marketing activities in the enterprise, and this formed the basis of the model in the form of a flowchart, due to that it is possible to expect efficiency of marketing activity for enterprises that engage in the different types of activity: by a production, trade, grant of services.
