Abstract
The article considers the political caricature as a creolized text, creating a unified semantic whole to achieve a comic effect, as well as learning background knowledge (presuppositions) about the problem of the relations of Japanese society to the Transpacific agreement, are necessary to interpretation the images. The aim of the study is to identify the specifics of political caricatures about the Transpacific partnership in Japanese lan- guage. The study showed that is used a clear distinction between the colloquial, neutral-polite and polite speech, a significant impact on the perception of the recipient provide graphical and linguistic means
