Abstract
The paper introduces the interactive tutorial «Child's Pre-School Calendar-Portfolio», which can be used as an innovative monitoring and child development tool. The tutorial is the result of international networking between teachers, psychologists, and speech pathologists and therapists in eight countries. The paper also presents the experience of using the tutorial in Russia to develop natural giftedness of children. The tutorial was used (2015-2016) as one of the main components of the system of natural development of gifted children within the grant project of the President of the Russian Federation «System of development of gifted preschoolers in enriched cultural and language environment and the unity of child care institution and the family».
The analytical part of the paper describes philosophy underlying the tutorial, its structural and functional features which distinguish it from other tutorials of this type and how to work with it. The final part of the paper describes the activities driven by the tutorial and the experience of working with it.
