Abstract
Digestive hemorrhage is a common clinical manifestation in several diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. It assumes a dramatic life-threatening situation when the hemorrhage is because of an abnormal communication between the arterial system and digestive system, the aorto-esophageal and aortoenteric fistulas. Saccular aneurysm of Juxta Phrenic Aorta with esophageal erosion, complicated with massive bout of hemetemesis is a surgical emergency. In such situation, surgical approach is technically demanding and the outcome is guarded. We like to report a very rare presentation of such a clinical scenario and its surgical outcome
