INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS AS A KIND OF CREATIVE ACTIVITY, FACTOR OF MODERNIZATION AND TRAINING QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The authors have disclosed features self-learning as a factor in the preparation of highly skilled, mobile, competitive professional and personal fulfillment. Based on the achievements of science and methodical own experience presents evidence-based advice on comprehensive approach to self-learning and its implementation. The study focuses on preparing competitive specialist in high school in Ukraine. According to the concept Bologna occupies a prominent place credit-modular system of educational process. An integral part of it is self-study student. The purpose of introducing this system is to improve the quality of higher education, modernization of the educational process in the preparation of competitive graduates and prestige of Ukrainian education in the international educational space. It is indisputable that competitive specialist formed while studying at the university. From the acquired knowledge, inculcating him love for comprehensive improvements to educate themselves on the success of its work. Therefore, to capture the creative heights of modern science, technology, culture and future professionals of all sectors of the economy should have the skills to develop a system to replenish knowledge and self-improvement. This, in turn, depends on a comprehensive approach to the system of attracting students to work independently and ways of its realization. Independent work − one of the dominant and most important components of credit-modular system in the context of the current educational system in the formation of creative skills. This type of work on the one hand is a form of organization and management of training activities of the student, and the other - an important form of scientific and methodological activities in training. This source of improving the quality of higher education, means of opening inclinations and capabilities of the individual, increased motivation to study and formation of the modern mobile professional, the way of mastering innovative technologies. Improvement of the independent work - one of the urgent problems of theory and practice. Because students need to develop in their sense of the need for deep, strong and operative knowledge that would help solve practical problems, which in turn also requires the ability to integrate knowledge. The authors conclusions: independent work shapes the student methodological approaches to cognitive and practical activity, produces the ability to apply research methods and principles in practice, diversifying forms of training. This is the way of students' creative experience, search of new problems to solve, independent vision and identify new problems already known situation. Scientists suggest directions for further research focus on factors that hinder reforms in terms of standards and quality of higher education in Ukraine.
