THE ROLE OF HEALTH PRESERVING ENVIRONMENT OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN SCHOOLCHILDREN HEALTH STRENGTHENING

Abstract
The article focuses on the analysis of the physical health of the students of secondary schools and addresses to the problem of health protection and strengthening, becoming an active person, which will be formed with perception of their own health as a personal value. The concept of this approach is based on the modern sport students' school education. Thus, the main purposes of sport and recreational activities are determined with the advance of certain physical and moral health, integrated approach to the development of mental and physical qualities of the individual and improvement of the physical and psychological preparation for active life and professional activities on the basis of individual approach, priority of health-improving orientation, systematic of school process, etc. Thus, the main role of educational institutions in health preserving is given in the educational process to: • optimal organization of educational process (according to age, sex, individual characteristics and hygiene); • establishing a comfortable learning environment (schedule lessons, breaks, operating points); • establishing of favourable learning conditions (absence of stress, the adequacy requirements, methods of training and education); • use of wellness procedures that regulate the activity, and methods of rehabilitation of mental and physical performance. The health-preserving technologies are considered as a system of measures, which protect and strengthen the health of students, take into account the most important characteristics of the educational environment, among which the most important are the following: the environmental factors (economic, environmental, social), factors of the school environment (qualitative assessment of school buildings, sanitary, medical, sports equipment and accessories, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the contingent of the school), organization of the educational process and the mode of workload forms, methods of health-preserving activity of the institution of general education, the dynamics of current and chronic diseases. The profile sport training helps to attract children and teenagers to regular physical activity in order to enhance their health and gain the significant health-improving effect on physical education. The comprehensive approach of educational and health-protecting institutes assists in solving the problem of state of the children.
