Abstract
In the article the features of physical preparation specialist physical training in high school have been analysed. The content of educational process on physical training and use scientific and methodological and practical issues of educational activities have been considered. The model of evaluation methods of professional competence of teachers of physical culture and sport has been provided, which involves determining the requirements of professional activities to the level of his physical fitness at different stages of education; determine the standards of physical fitness through the use of informative criteria for assessing physical and professional training of teachers of physical culture and sports; clarify the conceptual basis to develop methods of evaluation of physical fitness teacher of physical culture and sports; identifying key elements based on its evaluation of correctness, equivalence and availability of existing standards of physical fitness; choice of external evaluation criteria and threshold criteria for adequate and appropriate levels of physical fitness; development of models of different levels of physical fitness. The structure of an integrated educational specialist physical culture and sports has been discussed in order to determine the contribution of each of the elements of training teachers of physical culture and sports. It was found that due to the reforms taking place in education and on the dynamics of indicators of physical fitness of students of faculties of physical education and sports, there is good reason to review the system of evaluation of competencies teacher of physical culture and sports with traditional exercises. However, advisable to develop a phased physical training for teachers of physical culture and sports, which is the basis of three stages of learning: Stage adaptation phase of basic training and self-improvement phase. It has been noted that the use of morning exercises as independent forms of physical training, organized for the purpose of systematic physical training of students in the form of integrated classes to include exercise in athletics, gymnastics, strength training performed moderate physical activity and promotes rapid entry into the body in a cheerful state is a must daily routine. In the article the necessity of solving all tasks to achieve the goal of physical training in the learning process has been actualized. It has been found that the target instruction training, job training if indeed scientifically based and clearly defined, provide a modern system of physical training of specialists of physical culture and sport specific focus, providing the correct selection of tools and methods.
