USING A SPORTS-ORIENTED APPROACH IN THE ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL LESSONS IN CONDITIONS OF PERSONALLY-ORIENTED PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The state of health of students requires the solution of the question of the formation of stable needs to engage in physical culture and sports. And in the process of humanization and democratization of education must be a constant updating of contributing to the formation of sports culture of students and motivate them to a healthy lifestyle. One of these tools is a sports-oriented physical education, which takes into account the personal interests of students, allows you to select a sport that can be practiced in training time, and independently, in their spare time. The majority of students the main motive for attending is to obtain credit for physical education. Therefore, the Department of physical education and sports needs to solve this problem through the introduction of innovative teaching technologies, namely the use of a sports-oriented educational system. The main reasons for low level of health and physical fitness is a reduction of interest and motivation among students of traditional forms of organization of lessons, lack of differentiated approach in physical education, lack of diversity of forms of organization of physical education, the learning environment in universities, bad habits and other. In this sports-oriented form of organization of classes by using the distribution of students into groups for sports will improve functional status, health and physical fitness, mental and physical fitness of students, improve sport training, will promote and improve the sports culture of students. In the article the problems of improvement of physical education system in higher education using the latest educational technologies. The influence of modernization of physical education in the formation of motivational-value attitude of students towards sports and physical culture of the individual. Was discovered the link between the physical and personal development of students engaged in on the latest programs using the chosen kind of sport. Also considered the problem of formation of humanistically-oriented physical culture among students . The technological model of formation of sports culture of students in the process of sports-oriented physical education should be holistic, student-centered, integrated, as it reflects the quality and originality of the goals, objectives and characteristics, functional and structural components.
