SOCIAL BARRIERS AND SOCIAL REHABILITATION

Relevance of the article is caused by the increased need for complex rehabilitation (medical, psychological, social) in connection with military actions in eastern Ukraine.The article is an attempt to justify the scientific possibilities of social rehabilitation in the context of the current situation in Ukraine. To achieve this goal were defined the following objectives: 1) to reveal the essence of the term "social rehabilitation"; 2) highlight the legal framework implementing social rehabilitation; 3) make a brief analysis of the current state of rehabilitation participants ATO and to point out important issues that complicate use of it in practice. It was found that a complete system of social rehabilitation aimed at restoring disturbed or lost individual social connections and relationships. This condition can occur as a result of disability, social status changes, deviant behavior. By this system include the following types of rehabilitation, informational, social, environmental, educational, professional, labor, social and cultural. The content of some of the types of social rehabilitation and the state regulatory support of the rehabilitation in Ukraine is described. The brief analysis of the current state of rehabilitation participants ATO is done, the important issues that complicate its use on practice are illustrated. Specifically, the study showed that the experts didn't produced relevant criteria for this type of institutionalization of social activities as social rehabilitation. It is considered more as a minor "addition" to the medical and psychological rehabilitation. Besides, the legal framework for this activity it not formed yet. Subsequently question scientific information, personnel and organizational support rehabilitation, formation of interdisciplinary teams require in-depth study. This will expand the possibilities of inclusion referred to in this article groups of the people to full life.
