Abstract
In article on the basis of the analysis of foreign studies facilities systematic pharmacological and non-pharmacological (psychosocial intervention) approaches to improve orientation in time in elderly and senile age. In connection with active introduction of personalized geriatric care for analysis of the specificity of the changes of orientation in time by a geriatric patient-first approach "dice" (DICE): description of behavior-a survey-create treatment plan-assessment of the effectiveness. Non-pharmacological approaches have been divided into cognitive-oriented; emotionfocused; cognitive-behavioural and multi-sensory. Specific clinical examples describes the specifics of the key psychosocial interventions aimed at minimizing disorientation in time at a later age.
