Abstract

The research of the authors reveals the features of the student age at various stages of training in the direction of "Management". The definition of "student age" is given. Particular attention is paid to the influence of this period on the formation of the trainee's personality - the future manager and his socialization in the future. The need to develop a strategy for preparing and preparing the learner for further selfdetermination is revealed. A characterization of the future activity of the graduate manager on ensuring the success of the collective activity in the implementation of the set goals and objectives is determined. The authors emphasize the pedagogical substantiation in the preparation of the leader, as the future good organizer, teacher and educator in relation to the entire collective. At the stage of basic training of the trainee, attention is focused on the formation of a system of values, first of all, on respecting the personality of a single person. A theoretical study of the psychological and age characteristics of the student's age, the features of self-actualization of personality: personal self-determination, the formation of a world outlook, the development of self-consciousness, the features of interpersonal relations in the student age, the creative and creative aspects of specialist training, the issues of its socialization in the external environment, and the personal career of the future manager. The student's age is defined as the period of formation and realization of plans and aspirations of the individual. The role of the teacher is shown, manifested in care, help and support in resolving emerging issues. The leading role of the modern educational system in ensuring the creation of conditions for the development of personality is determined, on which further achievements of students depend: the high level of competence, mobility, adaptation and relevance in the constantly changing market environment.
