SOLVING OF SITUATIONAL TASKS AS AN EFFICIENT METHOD OF FORMATION SKILLS OF ETHICAL-LEGAL MEASUREMENT OF MEDICAL STUDENTS’ MEDICAL ACTIVITY

Lifespan of the Russians and lowering of death rate greatly depend on improving the quality of medical aid rendering that becomes possible in case of formation of the following competences by medical students: ability and opportunity to realize ethical-legal norms in their professional activity and analysis of theoretically possible situations to prevent professional errors. The authors suppose making up and solving situational tasks to be the most efficient method to form a high level of legal consciousness in students and differentiate between several types of training situations: 1) actualization of the problem; 2) illustration of the event; 3) finding cause-effect relation; 4) convert of abstract notions to particular events; 5) exercising in a moral deed; 6) project activity aiming at multiplication of knowledge and skills; 7) making decisions based on rational motives. The authors believe that in the conditions of innovative society success in career and demand in labor market accompany those specialists who overcame the way from competences to competence in their studentship and continue to self perfect in the process of their medical activity. Moral cleanliness and social activity with a “dominant on somebody's face” is a significant indicator of vocational fitness of a medical specialist. The priority task of medical higher educational establishments of the Russian Federation is enabling quality of education, corresponding to noble traditions of medicine and oriented to modern needs of a man and the mankind; serving national security and scientific-technological developing for a long-term prospect.
