FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING OF PROFESSIONALS IN ECONOMICS AS A FACTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY OF STUDENTS OF HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISMENTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of a scientifically-based strategy of mathematical education as a component of the fundamental training of students of economic specialties in order to develop the professional mobility of future specialists in economics, taking into account existing European integration tendencies, requirements of the modern labor market and individual needs of the individual. The purpose of the article is identify conceptual ideas, approaches, pedagogically significant factors that determine the specifics, content, technological and methodological support of higher and applied mathematics training in the context of the development of professional mobility of students of economic universities. Methods. Theoretical: study information sources, analysis, synthesis, comparison, analysis of program content, systematization of data; Empirical: observation, questioning, experiment teaching, learning and generalization teaching experience. Results. The ways and means of purposeful development of professional mobility of students in the economic profession mastering their contents mathematical disciplines. Supplemented method of professional education professionals directing economic system requirements for math exercises and content of mathematics education in the context of professional mobility of students of economic universities. Further development got ways of establishing integration links mathematics and special courses for students of economic universities. Originality of research results is that, theoretically grounded and developed methodological strategy of professional mobility of students in the mathematical training at University of Economics. Conclusions. The analysis of scientific publications and own scientific pedagogical experience of teaching mathematical disciplines in the economic university allows us to assert that the fundamental training of specialists in economics in the context of the development of professional mobility of university students will be aimed at: - provision of purposeful mathematical preparation of students by taking into account the principle of polycentric integration of the content of economic education; - recognition of the priority role of mathematical modeling in the structure of economic disciplines and its methodological support; - systematization of mathematical methods and economic-mathematical models in accordance with the general tasks and scope of economists in each economic branch and the solution of which is professionally important for the formation of professional mobility of specialists in economics; - development of a methodical system for teaching mathematical disciplines using computer-training systems for the formation of practical skills and abilities of students, development of analytical abilities and accelerated accumulation of experience in solving problems of economic content using mathematical methods and models.
