FORMATION OF ECOLOGICAL JUSTICE OF FUTURE EXPERTS OF THE LEGAL SCOPE IN THE SYSTEM OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION

Abstract
Introduction. Solving the problem is due to the need for effective implementation of the social order in the field of higher education and further improving of training quality for ecological and legal activities. Environmental justice of future lawyers is seen as an important feature of their professionalism. Purpose of the article – study of the problem in the state of the practice of high school, identifying difficulties which occur during the formation of the ecological sense of justice students, and study the basic directions of its solution in terms of university education. Results. Environmental justice of men is seen as a reflection of the environmental conditions of life and relations in the management of "society – nature" of the system in the form of environmental and legal theories, ideas, ideas that reflect the ratio of specialists to the ecological and legal issues, to nature and environmental activities. It is proved that the ecological sense of justice is a complex structure, combining in its content related and interdependent components: motivational-value, intellectual-cognitive, activity-evaluative, reflective and emotional and volitional. Formation of this complex personality education based on scientific knowledge, awareness of the legal relationship between man and nature, which necessitates a systematic and purposeful work on the proposal of future lawyers of its contents, the structure, the practical experience of ecological and legal work and understanding its value to the community and the surrounding reality. It is proved that the efficiency of formation of ecological justice of future lawyers is determined by a set of pedagogical conditions: professional orientation of educational activity of students, updating environmental and legal knowledge in the content of academic disciplines, active forms and methods of acquisition, activation of a subject position of students. Originality. At the level of the prospects for further study of the problem identified and theoretically substantiated a set of pedagogical conditions, positive impact on the professional development of students, and the need for innovative approaches to its solution. Conclusion. Formation of ecological sense of justice is quite complex and contradictory process, which combines the assimilation of professional knowledge and skills in the industry eco-legal activity, that allows you to have not only theoretical concepts of basic legal norms, but also to use them to solve practical problems from the sphere of ecology – legal activities.
