Abstract

The article deals with the material of the theoretical analysis of future specialists preparation in the sphere of preschool of Ukraine. The article reveals the content of the basic concepts that characterize the essence of the future teachers preparation in educational process of higher educational institutions. Presents current research greatly enriched the scientific potential of early childhood education information on the main aspects of theoretical and practical preparation of students, the contents and features of the individual components, functions, skills and qualities conducive to the successful implementation of vocational and educational activities in the preschool. The effectiveness of educational institutions depends not only on teaching software, controls, system of preschool education, but from the teacher's personality, his relationship with the children. Undoubtedly, each talented, qualified, thoughtful teacher combines in its practice the theoretical achievements of pedagogy, self-experience, personal-professional quality, physiological and psychological characteristics of children with whom he works. Even the most perfect theory can not give a full answer, how to be a teacher in the kindergarten, however the theoretical basis is the basis that should guide all educators. Scientific literature analysis shows that in theory and practice presents research on various aspects of readiness of future specialists to professional activity and the characteristic features of the organization of their professional and pedagogical preparation at the universities.
