PEDAGOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AS A WAY FORECASTING AND CORRECTION OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract
With the development of democratic society continues stage of modernization of education, accompanied by significant changes in educational theory and practice, defining the basic requirements for the training of primary school teachers. The modern form teacher has the students not only academic skills, but also prepare them for active learning of life in the new economic conditions. This requires the teacher special attention to their pets, namely to study their individual characteristics and educational opportunities, establish cognitive needs and interests, determine the prospects for personal development, foresight and overcome difficulties in training and education, implementation of personal approach by subject-sub of the object interaction. Teacher diagnosis - an activity whose purpose is to establish and learning features that characterize the status and results of the learning process, and allows on this basis to forecast possible changes, identify ways to prevent and correct the learning process to improve the quality of its results . The concept of "diagnosis" fit wider and deeper meaning than the term "test knowledge and skills" students. Other states only results without explaining their origin. While diagnosing includes monitoring, verification, evaluation, accumulation of statistical data analysis, considering the results considering ways to achieve them, identifies trends, the dynamics of the didactic process. Under the state program "Teacher" cornerstones terms of quality education is to provide professional teachers' work and improve diagnosis of professional competence of future teachers. The process of training, of course requires improving the quality of educational services in higher education, the development of requirements and criteria for evaluating their level, implementation of effective quality assurance system for higher education. Currently, Ukraine is a good ground for specialists in different areas, while demand a high level of professionalism. Shift of focus from the individual to the cognitive development of creative possibilities led to changes in the conceptual foundations of modern education and training. The increased need for teachers, able to create optimal conditions for self-development, self-education and self-identity during her training in various types of educational institutions.
