Abstract
The article considered the formation of universal moral values in the presentation of О. Zakharenko Highlighted the possibility of using progressive pedagogical ideas and experience of the teacher-innovator О. Zakharenko. Based on the analysis of pedagogical heritage of the teacher determined that throughout pedagogical activities of О. Zakharenko devoted exclusive attention to the comprehensive development of personality in various activities, a continuous and systematic formation of human moral values in elementary school students. Clarified the possibility of using progressive pedagogical ideas and experience О. Zakharenko. Valuable is the introduction in the educational process of the school of theory of education, methods of teaching younger students on the basis of the formation of universal moral values, emotional value perception of the world in terms of active mental activity, developed by an outstanding teacher. Now the current approaches to the system of rewards and punishments of students, evaluation of results achieved, understanding their roles and values, etc. offered an outstanding teacher. Based on the analysis of the research pedagogical heritage of teacher-innovator О. Zakharenko on the formation of universal moral values in pupils concluded that the deep intrinsic connection between sociality, spirituality and morality prevents the trampling of the formation of moral and spiritual virtues. At the same time, overreliance on moral ideals and values in education without considering the social coordinates can become boring and fruitless moralizing. As a result, the development of the spiritual world of the younger school student outside the social realities, he has a feeling of loneliness, unwillingness to communicate, emotional isolation, appear imaginary friends. The analysis of the work О. Zakharenko gave grounds to assert that during the entire teaching exceptional attention teachers paid to the problem of comprehensive development of personality in various activities, a continuous and systematic formation of cognitive abilities of children. Deep analysis of the creative heritage of О. Zakharenko, his ideas, ideological provisions not only positively affects the classification of educational influences concerning identity formation in educational institutions, but also conducive to the further deepening and development of pedagogical theory on the formation of universal moral values in elementary school.
