Abstract
Introduction. The transition to new political, economic, socio-cultural mutual relations has caused the formation of a civil society, modernization of education and its management. In our opinion, it is necessary to put the personality in the centre of educational system at modern school to direct educational work on the development of a public quality complex among the youth. This is Sakhnivka School where the arrangement system of moral, intellectual, ecological, vocational, aesthetic, economic education is aimed holistically at the formation of spirituality of the person and upbringing of the student as a citizen. Purpose. On the basis of research and analysis of the practical experience of the teacher-innovator O.A. Zakharenko, pedagogical conditions and a stimulation technique for students in various kinds of activity which effectively influence the formation of their public attitudes has been revealed. Originality. This article highlights the attempt to generalise the activity areas of Sakhnivka School on the formation of public attitudes among the young generation. Conclusion. Having analyzed the work of Sakhnivka school teaching staff on the formation of public attitudes among the students, we define the following areas: the work directions of the teaching staff on the formation of the positive attitude of the children to their school; the stimulation of work and achievements of the students at study by an approving estimation of the staff; the formation of patriotic feelings, beliefs and convictions of the youth via the true examples of famous people, family members and close ones during the performance of educational extra-curriculum activities; the formation of the feelings of gratitude and duty among children.
