PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF A TECHNOLOGY TEACHER’S PROFESSIONALISM

Compliance with the new realities of social development makes coordination of strategic directions of reforming the national education system with European integration plans. Now the theory and practice of educational processes characterized by intense search for ways to actual and projected to respond to challenges. Position on teacher professional didactic and pedagogical levels can be described as follows: value-sense determination unit laying like creativity and reflective choice of priorities of educational activities aimed at bytiyne transformation of the whole person; author's interpretation of educational content to individual and personal level; organization of educational process on the basis of reflective search and selection of specific teaching tools. Real professional practice of teachers teaching technology detects the absence of necessary for productive self-expression and fulfillment of conditions of teachers without proper formation of the system. Outside proper mastery are problems of development, adaptation and implementation of the educational process of innovative technologies aimed at the formation of individual style of creative, personalized education path.
