PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF A TECHNOLOGY TEACHER’S PROFESSIONALISM

Abstract
Forming a single educational space, changing its quantitative and qualitative characteristics caused by the processes of globalization and European integration strategy as a key factor in the implementation of fundamental national interests and solving problems of reforming the education system. Modern society is characterized by the intensification of scientific and technological process, the widespread use of computers, information technology, social structure modifies, creates a new mentality affects the relationship between people in different areas of their professional activities. Significant changes dynamism and intense growth of high-tech industries and communications, human mobility and impact on quality of life in any country. Compliance with the new realities of social development makes coordination of strategic directions of reforming the national education system with European integration plans. Now the theory and practice of educational processes characterized by intense search for ways to actual and projected to respond to challenges. Position on teacher professional didactic and pedagogical levels can be described as follows: value-sense determination unit laying like creativity and reflective choice of priorities of educational activities aimed at bytiyne transformation of the whole person; author's interpretation of educational content to individual and personal level; organization of educational process on the basis of reflective search and selection of specific teaching tools. Real professional practice of teachers teaching technology detects the absence of necessary for productive self-expression and fulfillment of conditions of teachers without proper formation of the system. Outside proper mastery are problems of development, adaptation and implementation of the educational process of innovative technologies aimed at the formation of individual style of creative, personalized education path. Company research technology teachers, but underestimated means of maintaining personal and professional activity of the teacher in directly productive self. This confirms the thesis that the development of teacher professionalism technologies will be more effective if you will meet a number of specifically identified in the study of social, psychological, pedagogical conditions. Psychological and acmeological determine the conditions of professional career teacher, but not exhaustively explain it. Further scientific research is the study should address psychological factors that achieve higher levels of mastery of professional teaching.
