Abstract
The notion of competitiveness of a personality has been analyzed. Particular attention has been paid to the role of social partnership in the development of a competitive vocational training teacher. The article aims to study the importance of training competitive teacher training and the role of social partnership in this process. Formulation of the problem. Formation of competitiveness of future teacher rofessional learning involves the modification in the structure defined this phenomenon components, namely value-motivation, competency-activity and personal and reflective. Relevance of research. In today's social, economic, political, technical, industrial and other challenges to public figure of the teacher as a key subject of positive changes, conclusively establishing there has based educational ideals of the European Community, understanding, solidarity, tolerance and cooperation on conflict prevention and complicated processes and well-being of future generations. Conclusions. Thus, competitive personality is decisive resource that can provide coordination and implementation progress of teacher professional training in pedagogical space with the innovative step of the learning process.
