Abstract
Introduction. The aesthetic education of the growing generations have been, still is and will be the topical issue of pedagogics. Its aim is to shape the aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic culture of the individual as an integral part of a harmonious and comprehensive development that should not be put off for tomorrow. The purpose of the article is to analyze the problems of aesthetic education of the growing generations and outline their solutions. Scientific originality. The necessity of a complex solution to a number of issues for the realization of the aim and tasks of artistic and aesthetic education of pupils at a present stage is outlined. The obtained results of the research allowed to make a conclusion that for a successful solution of the problems of aesthetic education as an integral part in the complex of formation means of a comprehensively and harmoniously developed personality it is important to consider the elimination of contradictions between the achievements of pedagogics and the realities of life, therefore the introduction of progressive achievements in modern educational institutions in order to create aesthetic consciousness of the growing generations appears.
