USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR SELF-DEVELOPMENT IN YOUNG TEACHER

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, revealed the abilities and the tendencies of the use of information-communication technologies for providing self-development of a young teacher. It is analyzed the basic directions of the use of information-communication technologies by a young teacher, such as: self-education, it means the learning of advanced pedagogical experience of the colleagues, as in Ukraine, as in the other counties of the world; preparation of abstracts, didactic, methodological and certification materials; organization of an after-hour and distance work, preparation of pupils to the group specified work and the fulfilment of individual creative tasks; the use during the lesson with a self-guided work and educational interactive models etc.; checking of educational success of pupils in a subject; participating in distance subject Olympiads, webinars, conferences etc. The result of the research is the development of the methodological recommendations as for organization of the self-education activity of a young teacher with the usage of information-communication technologies. The practical importance of the research is in the fact that the usage of information-communication technologies lets a young teacher to acquaint with the modern condition, perspectives of the development and the appliance of the pedagogical program means of training in the educational process; particularity of the usage of the modern program providing for the organization and support of the full-time or distance educational process etc. In the result of the research is made a conclusion that the usage and the adaption of the information-communication technologies for the self-development of a young teacher should be considered, deliberate and carefully prepared to support his wish for constant self-improvement. Also are found perspective directions of further pedagogical researches, such as: the creation of the methodology of the usage of information-communication technologies for the development of creative potential and ensuring pedagogical growth of a young teacher.
