TRAJECTORY COMPETENCE PARADIGM IN EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Introduction. The social transformations are connected with integration of Ukraine to world educational and informational space, changes of social demands contributed transition of domestic education on innovative algorithm of development. Besides, researchers think that modern education not only corresponds to general innovative tendencies but also stipulates «system transition to innovative behavior in main spheres of social life, show transition of the society to the highest stage». All this needs complex and deep modernization of the system of education, searching of modern technologies of teaching in the light of new paradigm, the centre of which is education that develops as an answer to challenges of civilization and simultaneously as a answer to peoples' demands to find the place and abilities of self-realization in new global space. The competence paradigm in education is given in works of many Ukrainian and polish scientists such as V. Vilchinskaya, O. Vysotskaya, O. Dubasenyuk, E. Ivanchenko, H. Kvyatkovskaya, M. Krul-Fievskaya, V. Lisovaya, T. Lozovetskaya, N. Nychkalo, M. Novak, O. Ovcharuk, Z. Petrazhinsky, M. Romanovskaya, E. Skibinskaya, B. Sliversky, L. Turosa, V. Furmanenko and others. The purpose is to define main stages, theoretical and methodological basis of forming of paradigm discourse in the field of education of Ukraine, to research the continuum and perspectives of competence paradigm in education. Methods of research are: analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, scientific and methodical literature, normative and legal base for determining of direction of research and notion and categorical apparatus, logical generalization and prognostication. The main results of the research – there have been defined the main stages, theoretical and methodological basis of forming of paradigm discourse in the field of education of Ukraine; there have been researched the continuum and perspectives of competence paradigm in education. The scientific novelty of the research – for the first time the description «competence» has been researched in the paradigm and polyparadigm format of education of Ukraine. Conclusions. The main conditions of modernization of the system of training of specialists for the system of management by education on the basis of competence paradigm is implementation of modern managers' approaches; optimization the content and structure of education, developed on the competence basis; using personality-oriented approach to organization of educational process in HEE, on the basis of which it is possible to take into consideration professional needs and abilities of student, stimulate his ambition to mastering of professionally important competences, to realize individual trajectory of professional forming of future specialist in the sphere of education; provision of humanitarian and effective forms of management monitoring of becoming of professional competence.
