Abstract

Introduction. In Ukraine the real terms are created for democratization and humanizing of schools, modernization of control system by education, the processes of independent development of general educational establishment Increase. Their source is creative and innovative activity of teachers, that found embodiment in creation of establishments of education for the gifted children, development and introduction of elements of new maintenance of education, new educational technologies, strengthening of connections of school with science, address to world pedagogical experience. Modern changes in education require from pedagogical workers, leaders of educational establishments of change of orientation on humanistic values and new paradigm of development of mechanisms of introduction of innovative activity in educational establishments. Purpose. Ground of theoretical aspects of technology of effective management in general educational establishment and determination of the stages of her introduction innovative activity. Results. It is exposed different scientific looks to the problem of management innovative activity in educational establishment that gives an opportunity more in detail to realize educational innovations and learn practical expediency of their introduction. Authorial realization of important value of approach of the systems is positioned to the management innovative activity in general educational establishment, organization of educational activity of students, that activates pedagogical work of teacher, development of them forms the creative thinking of teachers, creative potential, achievement qualitatively of the new state of functioning of general educational establishment. Originality. A management innovative process is examined by modern science as important pre-condition of quality changes in the system of school education. Coming from it, by the basic indexes of quality of management innovative processes at modern school we determine: indexes of level of development of innovative space of school, indexes of quality of innovative processes, indexes of quality of educational-educator process. Efficiency of realization of this technology is possible only on condition of the purposeful administrative operating on each of the stages of management innovations. An important value is here taken to the administrative decisions that in the conditions of innovative development of school environment acquire a decision value. To the signs of effective acceptance of administrative decision we take: collective nature in the acceptance of important decisions in relation to innovative changes in educational establishment, humanity in pre-condition of administrative decisions, to forecast decisions (ability to envisage the results of changes), tolerance to the dynamics of changes (to examine changes not as threat, but as possible variant of development of educational-educator process, school, teacher and others like that), priority of strategic decisions in relation to the input of innovations. Conclusion. Research of problems of successful management innovative processes in general educational establishments gave an opportunity to educe factors that stimulate innovative activity of pedagogical collectives, management innovative processes, provide progressive development of positive image of school in modern society. First of all, it conditioning for innovative activity, having a special purpose and valued aspects of system management innovative processes in educational establishment, them technological providing.
