Abstract

Introduction. Professional training of professionals in various fields of practice becomes for domestic pedagogy of particular relevance. Interest in the problems of higher education is determined by the needs of the humanization of all aspects of social life, which in turn increases the need for state institutions and individuals in their respective services and institutions confronts the task of improving the quality of training of future specialists. Purpose. The article is a theoretical study of the essence enhances teaching and learning of student's psychological profile and importance of value attitude to future career in the professional training of teachers under certain conditions. Results. The article reveals the essence enhance teaching and learning of future psychologists in vocational training. Highlights scientific views on the process of interest and value attitude of future psychologists to professional activity. The issue of personal values of future psychologists that contribute to the formation of value attitude to the student's future career. Positioned some pedagogical conditions enhance teaching and learning of university students psychological profile, specificity of their professional thinking and communicative culture, different aspects of professionally significant qualities of future specialists. Attention is focused on mastering complexity Psychologist profession, which includes in addition to acquiring knowledge, practical skills, and realization of important work on the formation of self. Originality. Defining values means forming future professional psychologist, we have concluded that the majority of students – the future psychologists do not realize how their profession meets their life values. The result of this lack of awareness may be the disintegration of the system of value orientations of the vast majority of students. Correcting the situation we see in the review of priorities for professional development and student awareness of their vital importance. Admission to the institution changing social status of the individual, social functions, activities, stimulates the development of future social psychologists and their inclusion in various areas of public relations and future activities as psychologists, which requires the mobilization of domestic resources and abilities of the individual, overestimates many values. As a result, values are beginning to emerge psychologist's professional life, privacy, ethical and humane treatment of people like. Conclusion. The results of our scientific studies lead to the following generalizations that the quality of training of future specialists activation correlates with the level of students' educational activities; that educational and cognitive activity serves the process and result of learning required for the professional activity of cognitive interest, creativity, cognitive activity and independence in terms of improving the content, forms and methods of training; that the key active teaching and learning of students is their psychological profile value attitude to future career. In turn, the activation process of teaching and learning of students requires improving the content of educational material, student's armament system actions necessary in dealing with problematic life situations of their scientific research, the creation of appropriate educational environment. The problem of further scientific studies is to determine the major components forming value attitude of students to the psychological profile of a future profession.
