Abstract
The aim of this study is that the seasonal determination of heavy metal levels was investigated in Yenice and Davutköy Pond which are the most important agricultural irrigation sources in Yenice (Çanakkale). In analysis, metal concentrations were determined higher during spring and autumn months due to the effects of anthropogenic activities and precipitation. According to the results; it was detected that there was no risk in terms of metal pollution in the ponds, their water quality were class I for TS266 (Turkish potable water standard) and Inland Water Quality Criteria (YSKYY), and suitable for agricultural irrigation.
