Abstract
The article contains analysis of specific features of evaluation and forming of readiness to distance learning. The project is examined as a basis for readiness, and activities of designing and design management are analyzed. Discussed are the findings obtained in the experimental study. After the forming experiment most participants of the experimental group formulate their goals in a contradictory, negative or ambiguous way; this may occur because the final goal of learning activity is positioned outside of the learning activity proper. Totally, the experimental group as distinct from the control group, has shown improvement in the goal-setting and better developed comprehension of their actions. This is indicative of the fact that the principal elements of the learning projects and readiness to their fulfillment are formed on the level of the best indices of specialists' readiness to their professional activity.
