Abstract
The author analyzes tendencies of overcoming the deviations in voting behavior of parties and voters in elections to representative bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, where appears cronyism, influence of family connection, direct and indirect bribery of voters. Since 2010 in the country had the tendency to increase of competitiveness of political parties, enhancing transparency in the conduct of elections, a more effective fight against electoral deviancy.
