Abstract
The article purp ose is study the incidence of polymorphisms of genes IL17A and IL10 and their connection with the brucellosis at Kazakh population. Increase in incidence of GG genotype of polymorphism of gene IL10 at patients is established and also shown that this genoty pe can be a resistance factor to a brucellosis. It is shown that C allele and CC genotype, G allele and GG genotype of IL17A gene polymorphisms can be resistance factors of predisposition to brucello- sis, and T allele, A allele and СТ, ТТ, АА и AG genotypes can be resistance factors. Thus, molecu- lar and genetic researches allow to predict development of brucellosis at the Kazakh population.
