STUDY OF SATISFACTION OF USERS OF INTEGRATED HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES AT HOME AS AN ALTERNATIVE FOR HOSPITAL CARE

Taking into account the need to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to c aring for the elderly and disabled people, in recent years the state's efforts have been directed to the development of innovative intersectional services to these individuals, in order to meet their needs for social and medical services. In Bulgaria, comp rehensive medical and social services are already provided at home, as part of a pilot project, as an alternative to hospital care. In this re- gard, a survey was conducted on the satisfaction of consumers who receive such services.
