THE FORMATION OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES OF FUTURE FIRE SAFETY SPECIALISTS IN EXTRACURRICULAR SELF-STUDY WORK

Abstract
The author identifies an essence of the concept “personal and professional qualities of fire safety specialist”; the nature and characteristics of extracurricular self-study are analyzed, its role in the formation of personal and professional qualities of future specialists of fire safety are highlighted; the main components of extracurricular self-study are singled out (peculiarities of professional activity of fire safety specialists; the purpose, objectives, regulations, principles of formation process of fire safety specialist's personal and professional qualities; technology of personal constructs, guidance and logistical support to the professional training, prolonged monitoring and evaluation levels and indicators readiness for professional activity). Introduction. Personal and professional qualities are formed by the knowledge accumulation, development of skills (especially self-study) in real production environment, experience of value events feelings and its awareness. Purpose of the article is to analyze the features of personal and professional qualities formation of future fire safety specialists in the light of extracurricular individual self-study. Originality. System components reflect the goals, objectives, basic principles of construction and operation, which are combined in appropriate units: target, theoretical and technological, personalityquality, grade-effective. Conclusion. It is necessary to ensure the unity of curricular and extracurricular self-study in the process of preparing the future specialists of fire safety; improve the quality of teaching and logistical support of educational process; introduction of modern information technology of study; establishing and maintaining sustainable relationships with domestic and foreign educational institutions of the same area; creating a system of control of educational services quality.
