Introduction. Today, the modern school stands before one of the difficult tasks: to prepare a new generation of teachers for work in new conditions. Recent changes in education lead to reform of the entire educational system respectively other professional competence of the teacher are mobilized, other values and a new vision of oneself in the profession are actualized. The teacher should be able to make decisions and must be responsible for them. Undoubtedly, nowadays there is the necessity of new approaches to training, the most important features of which are erudition, communicative Results. Originality. Laws and principles of educational environment management of teachers' professional development are generalized. Conclusion. Realization of management of educational environment management of teachers' mprofessional development in accordance with the requirements resulting from designed laws and principles completely depends on the management activity of the heads of educational institutions. In connection with this arises the problem of preparing the heads of educational institutions to science-based management activity.
