Abstract

Introduction. Today, the modern school stands before one of the difficult tasks: to prepare a new generation of teachers for work in new conditions. Recent changes in education lead to reform of the entire educational system respectively other professional competence of the teacher are mobilized, other values and a new vision of oneself in the profession are actualized. The teacher should be able to make decisions and must be responsible for them. Undoubtedly, nowadays there is the necessity of new approaches to training, the most important features of which are erudition, communicative Results. During the research the laws and principles of educational environment management of teachers' professional development were singled out: 1) effectiveness of educational environment management of teachers' professional development depends on how many peculiarities of impact of environment in its activity are taken into account – the principle of predictability; 2) management is effective if it provides the highest possible level of implementation of the conditions provided by the state for the functioning of the institution – the principle of unity of state and internal control mechanisms; 3) the higher the inter-definition level of control and manageable subsystems, the greater is the effectiveness of educational environment management of teachers' professional development – the principle of inter-definition control and manageable subsystems; 4) the fuller management activities are based on the theorems of science lying at its base the greater is the effectiveness of educational environment management of teachers' professional development is higher, – the principle of scientific management of institution; 5) the higher the optimal ratio of objectively necessary operational and current and strategic objectives of management, the greater is the effectiveness of educational environment management of teachers' professional development – the principle of optimal ratio of operational and current and target strategic management; 6) management is effective if it is provided with the unity and integrity of all groups of the conditions necessary for the realization of the institution goals – the principle of the integrity of conditions necessary for the realization of the institution goals; 7) the more fully the creative potential of pedagogical workers is realized the higher the effectiveness of educational environment management of teachers' professional development – the principle of orientation management on the creative potential of pedagogical work; 8) the higher the level of personality professionalism of the leaders of educational institutions the greater the effectiveness of educational environment management of teachers' professional development, – the principle of personality professionalism of the head of the institution; 9) the more optimal is the ratio of purposeful management influences, self-organization and self-regulation the higher is the effectiveness of educational environment management of teachers' professional development – the principle of best ratio of focused management actions, self-organization and self-regulation; 10) management is effective if it is based on scientifically grounded work plan – the principle of educational environment management of teachers' professional development planning. Originality. Laws and principles of educational environment management of teachers' professional development are generalized. Conclusion. Realization of management of educational environment management of teachers' mprofessional development in accordance with the requirements resulting from designed laws and principles completely depends on the management activity of the heads of educational institutions. In connection with this arises the problem of preparing the heads of educational institutions to science-based management activity.
