Formation of the population’s motivations to effective professional training

The article is devoted to the formation of population's motivations to effective professional training. Based on monitoring by priority reasons for choice of profession, continuing professional education, self-employment after completion of vocational training and motivation of the employer to provide job applicant are distributed.
