The article analyzes the philosophical, scientific and educational literature on the implementation content of cultural approach, structure and nature of the general cultural competence. The meaningful understanding of a person's place in culture, as the culture's phenomenon is a basis of a person's understanding, his consciousness and life, the creativity of culture. Person becomes the main in the field that leads to an understanding of its characteristics and behavior, activities, showing his feelings.
