Abstract
Human Resources Development is essential for any company that would like to be dynamic and growth-oriented. The aim, objectives, current measures and the strategy of Human Resources Development are components of HR-Management system. They are related and have many-sided influence on each other. A structural and logical model of Human Resource Development is developed in our article. It helps to realize individual and organizational goals. Author identifies the measures of Human Resource Development in the company and divides them into operational, tactical and strategic levels. This study shows the relationship between purpose, objectives, current measures of Human Resources Development and strategy of Human Resources Management. Based on results, the author concludes that the proposed structural and logical model of Human Resource Development can be used by each company.
