EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN GERMANY: TRADITIONS AND INNOVATIONS

The article deals with the management of education system of Germany on all levels, including federation, countries, municipalities, school management and pupil's representation. Germany is the state with decentralization of education management and the countries have rights of general jurisdiction in the field of education. The author especially pays attention to renovation measures of the traditional system of education management for boundary between XX and XXI centuries.
