Abstract
This article discusses the stages of preparation of future teachers of natural and mathematical sciences to solve educational problems, investigates that pedagogical situations perform four main functions: diagnostic, educational, educational and developmental. It is established that the important component of the future teachers‟ professional readiness is the ability to the operational and constructive resolution of pedagogical case-tasks.
