Abstract

In recent years the concept of sustainability has been explored in theoretical and practical research. In marketing we see the changing portrait of customers; stakeholder‟s needs and wishes as well as society´s requirements. Customers of different levels become more demanding, requiring products and services that could not only satisfy their needs, but also enhance changing, that leads to “transformation marketing” that represents the new stage of the economic value progression.
