Abstract
The article studies the features of labor productivity management in hightech companies and describes the approaches of Russian and foreign experts. The article brings the results of the pilot study among 170 participants who are the employees of the high-tech companies in Russia and Kazakhstan. There have been analyzed the characteristics of production systems and human resources management systems of the companies. The article draws the conclusion that it is necessary to develop task-oriented and systematic work of employees on every level in the company to solve the problem of increasing labor productivity. Only development of the systematic approach allows achieving new level of production system which is capable to become competitive in the market.
